Who operates the service

Video Studio is operated by LIN MI. These public preview pages do not offer accounts, uploads or payments.

Information used for orders

When you use the order flow, we process your account email, sign-in and session information, the uploaded photo, the video result, order and payment references, and support messages. We use them to deliver orders, review content for safety, protect accounts, resolve issues and reconcile payments. Review decisions and payment records are recorded separately from the media.

Who receives data

Authorized generation sends the photo and generation instructions to fal for Kling 4.0 processing. Waffo Pancake will process checkout and refunds when payments open. Video Studio does not collect card numbers. Hosting, storage and configured email services process data as needed to operate the service.

Storage and retention

Photos and video results are kept in private application storage. Results are available for 15 days after delivery. In the current test workflow, abandoned uploads expire after 24 hours and photos linked to an order are scheduled for removal after seven days. Open tasks or support cases may need the files for longer. Order and payment records are kept separately.

Privacy requests
